Yes. The Premium version of Kakebo is linked to your Google account and can also be used on a new device.
To activate Premium on the new phone:
The Premium license will normally be recognized automatically.
In some cases you may need to close and reopen the app so the license can be updated correctly.
Kakebo normally stores data directly on the Android device.
To create a safety copy you can use the built-in backup feature.

Saving backups to a cloud service is recommended because it allows you to easily recover your data in case of phone replacement, loss or device reset.
To create a backup open Kakebo and go to Settings → Data backup.
